About the Owner
Rolf Bell is a third generation Bay Area contractor who served on the ADU East Bay Task Force, is a member of the Casita Coalition, and directed the construction of the Tiny House Empowerment Village opened 2022 in Berkeley.
His construction company, Green Living Builders LLC, has built all types of ADUs in the East Bay. His construction team has multiple foreman/ project managers trained in ADU construction.
